Journeys of Joy

On June 26, 2015, The Hummer’s will be performing a benefit honoring the organization

We need families that are willing to share their vacation home with special needs families that find themselves in financial hardships due to providing their loved ones with a better quality of life.
We also need families that would love to go on an amazing vacation!
