It’s with lots of excitement that we welcome back winemaker Daniel Benton and Croze Winery. Daniel is a native of Salisbury, NC and one of the most passionate and knowledgeable winemakers we’ve hosted a dinner with. He only makes around 3000 cases of wine for his Croze/Smith-Wooton labels and does practically everything at the winery himself.
