From the minute we walked in the door, saw the bar set up, the beautifully decorated room, met Bill and Cory, we knew we were in for a fun time in extremely capable hands. The menu was wonderful; from all the empty plates you know everyone agreed it was delicious. The service was impeccable, with every need anticipated. In conversation with Cory, we understand he has only been a member of staff for one month, he is obviously being very well trained.
To all kitchen staff, what an outstanding job. Twenty-two people received each course simultaneously; it looked effortless, but we know it is not.
